This new program was created at the end of 2013 in response to the industry asking CIBTAC to authenticate excellence for training, products and equipment providers in the spa and wellness industry. Organizations who apply for this endorsement are required to undertake a thorough quality assurance process on-site by a CIBTAC Council member.

The examiner assesses the standards of teaching and learning outcomes to ensure they qualify for this prestigious acknowledgement. Currently Bali BISA is the only spa school to have CIBTAC Endorsement for courses. 

Lesley Blair, an examiner for 17 years for the Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC), and current CIBTAC Council member, undertook thorough quality assurance processes on-site to verify Bali BISA consistently delivers the exceptional standards of teaching and learning they mandate in order to receive this prestigious acknowledgment. As a leading Spa and Wellness awarding body recognized in 26 countries, the industry asked them to authenticate the excellent training students receive from training, product and equipment providers, so the CIBTAC Professional Endorsed Training Program was created.
